2. Scope of Service The “MakeMyColors Publisher” application is an internal business tool designed solely to facilitate the automation of our content workflow. Its primary function is to upload our own original, AI-generated paint visualization designs to the official MakeMyColors Pinterest account.

3. Information Collection and Use We believe in data minimization. As this is an internal tool:

  • No User Data Collection: We do not collect, store, or process personal information (such as names, addresses, or phone numbers) from end-users.
  • No Tracking: We do not use cookies or tracking technologies to monitor user behavior.
  • Pinterest Data: The application accesses Pinterest API tokens strictly to perform authorized actions (uploading images) on our own business boards. We do not read or scrape data from other Pinterest users.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure We strictly do not sell, trade, or transfer any data to outside parties.

  • We do not share data with third-party advertisers.
  • We do not share data with data brokers or marketing agencies.

5. Security We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the API credentials and content processed by our application. Access to the application is restricted to authorized MakeMyColors administrators only.
