Do not scrape, bulk-download, or automate access in a way that harms site performance. Do not attempt to access admin areas or private visualizer projects without authorization.

On-screen paint colors are approximate. Always verify swatches and physical samples from your paint supplier before purchasing or spraying.

Submitting an order request or uploading a photo is not payment and does not start preparation. We review suitability first. After acceptance we send a formal invoice (typically via PayPal). Full payment is required before preparation begins.

Private visualizer links are for the named project and access window stated at delivery. Do not share access tokens beyond the people who need them for that job.

Sample or template projects labeled as samples are for evaluation only. They are not customer deliverables and may block permanent server-side saves.

Marketing imagery, text, tools, and branding on makemycolors.com are owned by us or used with permission. Paint brand names and color names are trademarks of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore, Behr, or PPG unless stated.

You may share links to our public pages. Customer house photos you upload remain yours; we use them only to prepare and deliver the ordered visualizer setup unless you agree otherwise in writing.

Do not republish our sample assets, masks, or large portions of paint catalogs without permission.

We may display third-party advertisements (for example Google AdSense or similar networks) to support free tools. Ads may be personalized when you consent to advertising cookies in our cookie banner.

Ad units are labeled “Advertisement” where shown. We do not control the exact creative in every ad; report concerns to us and to the ad network.

Some links may earn MakeMyColors a commission at no extra cost to you. We are not affiliated with any paint brand.

Clicking ads or affiliate links is at your own discretion. We are not responsible for products, pricing, or policies on third-party sites.

Refunds for prepaid visualizer setup are described in our Refund Policy at /refund-policy. That policy does not override payment-provider rules or applicable law.

The site and tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free color matching, or fitness for a particular project outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, tools, private visualizer links, or linked third-party services.
